Prior to launching Training Solutions @ Work, Patience Nelson practiced labor and employment law. She has extensive experience in investigating and responding to charges of sexual harassment, retaliation, and discrimination. She has successfully represented management in the litigation of employment discrimination charges and has provided counsel on how to avoid these lawsuits.
During her first year at the helm of TS@W, she partnered with a consulting firm to deliver harassment prevention training throughout a major automotive manufacturing firm.
